I am Raela de Castro, the owner and founder of Creative Ideas Cebu here in the Philippines. I started Creative Ideas Cebu in Facebook at around August of 2017. Designing has been my passion for the last 10 years and I have using my skill in some freelance opportunities.
I offer design/print services at an affordable price with good quality. I personally create all the designs and even do the actual printing. In designing, I usually listens to what the client(s) want and also suggests if needed.
